If you have any special requirements to enhance your dining experience, please do not hesitate to contact us. For your booking we require a credit / debit card. We use a system that captures details in a secure database under the data protection act.

For booking over 6 and above we ask that you give us a call on 01634-847629, where a member of the team will ask for a non-refundable deposit of £10 pp to secure your booking.

You will be sent our menu choices by email and we ask you to pre-order your dishes 7 days prior to your booking.

We require no less than 12 hours notice to changes in numbers or cancellations to your party. Should you not inform us, your account will debited by £10 pp.

All paid deposits will be redeemed from your final bill on the day.

On special events and public holidays, we require a separate deposit to confirm your table, this will be discounted from your final bill.

On Fridays, Saturdays and special events/public holidays, tables are subjected to a time allocation.

Brettington’s reserve the right to cancel any booking without the correct information from web bookings or adherence to any terms and conditions of the booking policy.

Christmas Bookings & Christmas Parties

From 1st December all bookings require a debit/credit card to secure booking with £10pp deposit which is non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking time. Tables of 5 and above require pre-ordering from menu when booking. Reduction in number of guests made 72 hours or less prior to booking results in loss of deposit per guest (non-redeemable). We will only offer a maximum 15 minutes grace after the agreed time of your booking for your party to be seated. Oliver’s is strictly an 18+ venue, but we can accommodate under-18s at certain times. Subject to availability; in the event we need to make changes to our menu we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
